Returns & Exchanges:

At Lampdrop we want you to love your purchase and we most importantly want you to be 100% satisfied (if you happy we happy) and it’s why we accept returns on our products. 

Please note the item needs to be in it’s original packaging, uninstalled, unused and suitable for resale within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please email our Customer Service Team returns@lampdrop.co.za or call (011) 453 2124 to request a a return merchandise authorisation form (RMA). 

However you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the returned item(s). We will refund or exchange you within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the product in our warehouse. 

Within 7 days of receipt of the RMA, please advise us so that we can arrange the courier to collect the item/s.

Please note that due to customs, shipping and duty fees, we are unable to accept returns on any items shipped out of South Africa.

Incorrectly Supplied and Damaged Shipments:

Lampdrop, at our discretion, replace or issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items as well as the courier costs if we made an error shipping your order or it was damaged in transit. 

Please note any obvious damage, shortage, or incorrectly shipped item at the time of delivery must be reported within 15 days of receiving your order.

For damaged orders, keep the original box and all packaging materials for possible inspection by the courier and by Lampdrop.

Faulty and Defective Products:

If you return an item because of it been faulty or defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. 

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that quality production and inspection procedures are in place, but sometimes defects do occur. 

We will assist you to resolve these issues, but you must report any product defect within 15 days of receiving your order.

Product Warranties:

All of our manufacturers  and suppliers guarantee their products with a warranty. 

Please contact us if you have questions regarding specific product warranties. 

If the item supplied becomes defective or faulty within the product warranty Lampdrop will be responsible for the full return and exchange - you the customer will not be liable for any courier costs.

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellations:

Once we receive your order we get to work on it right away. This means that once we've started processing your order, changes and cancellations must be immediately notified to us.
